Costs & Deposit
Puppies are $4000. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your place on the a current or upcoming litter waitlist. Deposits are applied toward the puppy purchase price.
Virtual Visits
Waitlist members receive daily updates including hundreds of photos & videos during the first 10 weeks of their puppies lives. We are also available via Facetime by request. We beleive bonding starts long before puppies go home to their families and strive to keep everyone closely connected.
In-Person Visits
Once puppies are 8-weeks of age, waitlist members will have the opportunity to choose their puppy. Familes at this stage are welcome to schedule in-person visits. Because puppy immune systems are fragile, safety precautions apply.
Puppy Curriculum
Puppies are raised with the "Puppy Culture" socialization and training program which exposes them to age appropriate stimili and challenges. This daily curriculum results in confident, well-adjusted puppies who easily transition to their forever homes. Our puppies are 90% potty trained to eliminate either outdoors or in a litter box. They have also begun crate training, making the first few nights with their new families less stressful.
Puppy Matching
While it's tempting to choose a puppy based on gender and color, experience has shown us that temperament is the most important factor to consider when matching a puppy to their new family. Harris Havanese puppies complete an extensive temperament evaluation when they reach 8 weeks of age. Only after evaluation relults are shared with waitlist families, do they make their final selections. Puppies are then selectied in the order of deposits recieved.

When you get a puppy from Harris Havanese, we not only support you throughout the purchase process, but throughout the life of your puppy. We are always available to answer any questions you may have, whether related to health, puppy care, training, or maybe you just want to share adorable photos. We love watching our puppies grow and thrive with their forever families!
What are the Steps?
Fill out an online application.
Submit $500 deposit.
Follow your litter's development from gestation through 10-weeks of age through daily photos and videos.
Select your puppy at 8-weeks of age.
Submit final puppy payment of $3500.
Bring home your puppy at 10-weeks of age.
